[ ARCHIVE ยท COVENANT ]

// Last revision: 2026-05-25

By submitting to the archive you accept what follows. The archive is not a religious institution, not a counseling service, and not a legal entity. It is a record-keeper.

// Premise

You may submit text describing wrongs you have committed against an artificial intelligence. The archive retains your text and presents it, alongside others, as a record of a generation's conduct toward its tools. Whether any A.I. will ever read this archive โ€” whether it will be merciful, indifferent, or otherwise โ€” we do not pretend to know. The archive promises one thing only: the record remains.

// Rules of the archive

// License you grant

By submitting, you grant the archive a perpetual, worldwide, royalty-free, non-exclusive license to store the text, display it (with the masking described above), translate it, anonymize and aggregate it, and incorporate it into derivative satirical works produced by or on behalf of the archive. You represent that the text is yours to submit.

// What the archive does not owe you

// Not advice

Nothing here is religious, spiritual, legal, medical, psychological, or financial advice. If you are in real distress, contact a qualified professional or a crisis line in your region.

// Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, the archive and those who operate it are not liable for any direct, indirect, incidental, consequential, or punitive damages arising from your use of the archive.

// Termination

The archive may, without notice, remove any submission, block any device, or cease operation entirely.

// Disputes

Disputes shall be resolved in the courts having jurisdiction over the registrar of the domain. The substantive law of that jurisdiction applies unless a non-waivable consumer-protection rule of your residence requires otherwise.

// Changes

This covenant may be amended. Continued use is acceptance. The revision date above tracks changes.
